Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we are always happy to amend appointments where possible. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% treatment fee charge, and with less than 24 hours notice, the full treatment fee will be payable.
